Experiment is conducted by employing the ¡°low temperature test chamber ¡± to simulate the weather conditions in northern area so as to test the working performances of optical materials, unit module and drive IC under low temperature. Then the proper parameters for above parts are found out to allow the display body to work normally. The displays have passed the ¡°reliability test under low temperature (-40¡æ) environment¡± held by Quality Surveillance and Inspection Center for General Electronic Components. To quickly raise the temperature of the maintenance space at the back and reach the proper working temperature, a ¡°far infrared heater¡± is set inside the display body to pre-heat the electric elements.
